Lindsey Lang
My name is Lindsey Lang and I'm from Mankato. I liked it so much here that I decided to stick around and further my education. I'll be graduating in May 2011 with a degree in Business Management and Business Administration from Minnesota State-Mankato. This is my first year bartending but I have to say it's the best job I've had so far. I love the people I meet and the things I learn.
Jeff Kuchenbecker
I like to play several different sports from golf, bowling, kickball, football, basketball and many more. The only one I am good at is Kickball, because practice makes perfect. I also enjoy just sitting back and shooting the s%&t with people no matter who they are. You can find me doing several things around Busters and Hott Shotts. I love what I do for a career and look forward to meeting many unique individuals along the way.

I was born and raised in Mankato. I will be turning 22 in August. I am interested in playing and watching
sports, spending time with friends, watching good movies, and partying.. a lot. I have a Morkie puppy named Bentley, and he's my 4-legged boyfriend. My main focus in life is having a good time, and trying to spread the happiness onto others!

Hi I’m Allison but most people call me Ally, I grew up in Mankato and graduated from Mankato West. I am currently going to St. Olaf. My passion is Skiing, family, and working. I don’t work that much right now because of school, but when summer hits I’m working all the time, come in and see me!

Hi my name is Annette, I just started working at Hott Shotts in February and can’t wait to meet all the new people. I’m from Heron, SD but found my way to Minnesota and fell in love with Mankato. I love to be around people and I’m really good at customer service.
Chase Johnson
Hi I’m chase I’ve been at Hott Shotts since it opened in 2009. My passion is Hockey and when I’m not doing that I’m working. Come try one of our amazing burgers or sandwiches that I can whip up.

Hi my name is Eric but everyone calls my EJ. I helped get Hott Shotts off the ground and got the kitchen going. I love listening to live music especially country. I go to WE Fest every year and would not miss it for anything.

Hi I’m Jane I’ve been in the serving industry my whole life. I love what I’m doing and I get to serve people every day and that makes me happy. I have three beautiful grandchildren and try to spend as much time with them as possible.

Hi I’m Jess I went to Mankato East High school, then went on to Cosmetology training but decided I did not like that so I moved on to manage Risques and work at Hott Shotts for Fun.

I’m originally from Janesville. Went to school at MSU for Public Relations. I recently got engaged, I love being around people who make me laugh so if you got a good joke comes see me and tell me it.

Hi I’m kristi I LOVE to go shopping, to the lake, the MN twins, Joe Mauer, being outside, softball , my family, Rascal Flatts, running in the rain, procrastinating, singing really loud in the shower and my car, the beach, summer, FLANDRU, napping, cuddling, horseback riding, and have a good time with my friends partying and just relaxing.

Hi, I’m Lacey. I am from Iowa originally and came to Mankato to get my Master’s degree in Sociology. I have been working at Hott Shotts for a few months now and LOVE IT! I am full of spunk and love music, movies, and having fun with friends, so come in and visit soon!

Hi I’m Matt, I started in the bar business when I was 21 years old, I have a degree in DUMB and have done a lot of it. I love life and the adventure it brings. Ones True potential is endless with the right Positive mental attitude. My Goal in life is to help others by building them up and letting them see the hidden potential that they cannot.
